As a part of a project entitled “Digitalization of economic as an element of sustainable development of Ukraine and Tajikistan“, I’ve performed a Zoom-based “training for teachers” workshop about Digital Business Models to a large international audience.

In a four hours lecture I’ve provided an overview on digital business models, which are nowadays present in global as well local economies. Afterward I’ve moved to the operational level by explaining how these state-of-the-art business models are realized in organizational environments, by providing a three-steps method from specifying (1) “Personas”, (2) defining typical Customer Journeys and finally (3) defining Business Processes towards the touchpoints of the Customer Journeys.
